Competition:
This competition is organised and promoted by Closkelt Pipe Band.

Question:
The question being answered proves the element of skill or knowledge required in order to be eligible for the opportunity to win the prize. By entering into the competition, all entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry is to answer the question, and will only have a chance of winning if their answer is correct. Only entries which contain the correct answer as held by the promoter will be entered into the competition. Failure to answer the question correctly will result in an entrant still being charged but unable to progress to the prize draw.

Entry:
The question to enter to the prize must be answered correctly, alongside the agreement of paying the set fee to be entered into the competition regardless. 

This competition is not open to any registered member of Closkelt Pipe Band, their direct spouse/partner or their children. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter and must be able to prove this to claim a prize.

Payment:
Payment will be made in pounds sterling (GBP) by the entrant via the payment gateway on our website. 

Winner will collect cash or provide details to receive the same amount via bank transfer. Currency conversion will be automatic.

Winner:
The winner will be chosen at random once the maximum number of entries has been reached. Each entrant agrees that their name can be announced as the winner on our social media channel.
